In a recent interview with Forbes, ExecuNet Chief Marketing Officer, Tony Vlahos, said,

“With mounting and confusing messages about the economy and the state of hiring, it is getting harder to extract the true signal from the noise. But recent studies show that the job market appears to be shrinking. The employment landscape is changing as job openings decline and organizations are freezing positions and laying off workers.”

A shrinking market means increased competition, making getting in the door more difficult. At the highest level of any organization, there are always fewer roles and many talented people competing for them, but now it’s going to be even harder to come up with top-shelf candidates. The shelf is getting higher!

This means it’s more important than ever to have remarkable candidates for your clients.

That’s where we come in. In the Forbes interview, Tony talked about how the value story is the key to job search success for executives today. Being able to showcase the remarkable contributions one’s made makes for a candidate clients want.

We focus on producing exactly those types of candidates, all at the executive level. If you’d like some help finding candidates who can articulate their Value Story and stand out as remarkable, reach out to me!
