Tony provides strategic guidance and coaching to help ExecuNet Members land their next opportunity. This includes uncovering their unique personal value proposition and defining competitive differentiators to advance their careers. This also includes providing detailed feedback for improving a member’s personal marketing collateral—well beyond their resume.
Leveraging his retained search experience over the past 18 years with assignments ranging from Senior Manager to CEO/Board Level, he brings a unique perspective for the messaging, personal marketing materials and methodology necessary to implement campaigns that achieve heightened visibility in the marketplace.
Tony was a past advisor for full-time and part-time MBA students at the University of Georgia’s Athens, Buckhead, and Duluth campuses. He also is a certified senior consultant utilizing The Birkman Method for individual and group assessment, skills and career development for executive team and individual development.
Tony earned his BSBA, Business Administration Management from the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill and MS, Personnel Management from George Washington University. He is a former Navy pilot and faculty member of the United States Naval Academy.
