About the Presenter:

Gerard Mott has been the partner and founder of the Trusted Advisors Network since 2018. Prior to co-founding Trusted Advisors, he began assisting professionals in starting, establishing, and growing their own business consulting companies as a support analyst at Resource Associates Corporation since 2000. Prior to Resource Associates, Gerard's career focused on business-to-business and business-to-consumer sales in areas such as advertising, home improvement, and warehousing.

Gerard's experience working with personal clients and consultants has given him practical and extensive experience in creating customer value and generating results on both the personal and organizational levels. He has successfully started, operated, and sold his own hospitality business, where customer service was an essential element of his success.

As part of his duties as a Support Analyst, he was instrumental in creating and enhancing the tools in the area of process excellence, focusing on cycle time reduction and variation reduction. His knowledge and understanding of running operations give him an in-depth and well-rounded working knowledge of how to run a successful business. In addition to his business acumen, management, and people skills, he is proficient in setting and accomplishing strategic directions.

Gerard holds a degree in business administration from Bucknell University. When he is not servicing clients, he enjoys spending time with his wife Jen and their four children, attending soccer matches, and working in his small woodworking shop.
