We all have challenges. For some it is finding a new job, raising kids, or paying the bills. Nothing is easy about any of those, for sure.

Amberly Lago has all of the typical challenges life throws at us, along with an incurable nerve disease ranked highest on the pain scale and 34 surgeries to save her life and leg after a motor vehicle accident.

She beat a 1% chance of saving her leg from amputation and in the process learned a whole lot about resilience.

Amberly used what would have stopped so many other people to discover how to tap into her resilience and to thrive in the process. She's written two books to share what she's learned, has done a TEDx talk on the subject, a podcast ranked Global Top 1% on Apple called True Grit and Grace, and has been featured on The TODAY Show, NYC Magazine, and Forbes for what she has overcome and the lessons she has to share with others.

Her thoughts on resilience can be applied to so many of life's obstacles, and to share with the ExecuNet community, Amberly sat down with ExecuNet's Tony Vlahos for a quick chat,
